      • Gypsum: 0.75g/1gal…. (5.5g/7.35gal)

  • RULE OF THUMB ADJUSTMENTS 
  • Basic Beer Adjustment
    •  1tsp Calcium chloride per 5gal of water
    • 2% Acidulated Malt to grain bill (typically 3-5oz for 5gal batch)

    • Add 1tsp of gypsum per 5gal of water
  • British Styles
